- Exhibit 1 - Drawings Attachment 2 - Wage Determination Attachment 1 - Specifications Sections C thru M - Solicitation Section B - Schedule of Items Section A - SF1442 *RECOVERY* The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Firm Fixed price Contract for the following project: Located on the Nantahala National Forest, this project includes removing existing vault toilet buildings and replacing with new restrooms. Contract includes aggregate placement, asphalt paving and minor grading. Price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000 This procurement is unrestricted (FAR 19.10) ************************************************************************************* IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ************************************************************************************* A pre-bid meeting for all those interested in attending has been scheduled for: Date: February 11, 2010 Participants will meet at: All three vaults are located at different rec area sites. ***** The first meeting will be hald at Hurricane Creek at 8:00 am. *****The second meeting will be held at Wayah Bald at 1:00 pm. We will not hold a site visit at Ammons Branch but the site will be open to the public for review. Hurricane Creek - Travel on US 64 toward Hayesville from Franklin approx. 12 miles and turn left off of US 64 toward Standing Indian Campground on State Road 1448. Travel Staet Road 1448 for approx. 2 miles and at the top of the hill turn left again toward Standing Indina Campground on National Forests System Road # 67. Travel NFSR # 67 for approx. 1.3 miles and the prebid meeting will be held at the project site another 5 miles from this location. Wayah Bald - From Hurricane Creek travel back toward Franklin on US 64. Turn Left onto State Road 1442 (at Mt. Hope Church) and then another left onto State Road 1310 for approx. 9 miles and turn right onto National Forests System Road # 69 at the Wayah Gap. Travel NFSR # 69 for approx. 4.5 miles to the end of the road at Wayah Bald Parking area.
