- Purchase Request number IQC09318009033, NSN 4030-01-421-0433, GUY ATTACHMENT. This is not a weapons systems item. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0398; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 114 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 114 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 456 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 456 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 912 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with basic drawing A3209795, Rev B, dtd May 27, 1997. FOB Destination., Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination. Delivery is 60 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement has does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is February 08, 2010 & closing date of March 10, 2010. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
