- Solicitation attachments for Blair Nebraska SFO Solicitation Cover letter Solicitation for Offer (SFO) for office space with in the city limits of Blair Nebraska The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (Government), currently occupies office space at 1245 Lincoln Street in Blair, NE. The Government will be accepting proposals for space from parties interested in leasing approximately 4275 to 4490 useable sq. ft. of quality office space. To be considered, the space must be within Blair city limits. All utilities, janitor service, snow removal, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations & off-street parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. In addition, the space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard and will not be located in a flood plain. The lease term will be 5 years, with a 5-yr renewal option & include 120-day termination rights. The Government will consider moving costs, alterations, etc. when deciding whether relocation or renewal best fit our needs. Interested parties should submit information concerning their properties to Mgt. Services, USDA, NRCS, 100 Centennial Mall North, Rm 152, Lincoln, NE 68508 by March 1, 2010 or to philip.reimnitz@ne.usda.gov.
