- The US Army Space and Missile Defense Command issues the following Presolicitation Notice to inform all interested parties of the following: The Name and Requirement referenced in Sources Sought Notice, W9113M-09-R-0003, Systems Surveillance Support and Sustainment (S4) henceforth referred to as Surveillance System Supply and Support (S4), W9113M-10-R-0004. This effort will be competed as a full and open action. The government contemplates award of a cost-plus-fixed fee type contract. The planned period of performance is for the basic award (one year) and four (4) option years. The estimated release date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about 8 February 2010. This date is for planning purposes only, and is subject to change. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS code is 334413). All questions shall be sent to jerrie.reed@smdc.army.mil. This requirement is to provide RAID logistical and sparing support for all the RAID configurations. This requirement includes engineering support for maintaining the technical data packages (including engineering change proposals), updating training documents, revising technical manuals, and preparing other required documentation. Included are requirements to supply RAID tower systems, RESET requirements of systems, and establish and maintain an asset visibility database that tracks all spare parts, maintenance actions, and provide analysis/reports. Subject Mater Experts (SMEs) will be required to support systems on as required basis. This includes providing assistance to Field Service Representative (FSR) at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
