On Page 3 and 41, the unclassified fax number was changed to "301-851-7682." 2. On Page 30, in Section 4.B.1, Section 3: The amendment reflects a change to the software deliverable requirements and now reads: "Software for the alignment prototype may be provided in the computer language(s) that the contractor believes to be appropriate. New software for the advanced analytic prototype must be delivered in Java (JDK 6 or higher), but it is permitted to use the Java Native Interface (JNI) ("wrappers") to utilize legacy software that may have been written in other language(s). 3. On Page 41, Section 6.B.1: The IARPA Security Office number was changed to "301-851-7580." 4. On Page 54, Appendix D: Software instructions were amended to be consistent with the Section 4.B.1 software deliverable amendment and now reads: "To be compatible with the BLACKBOOK framework, software must be written in Java (JDK 6 or higher). Software written in other computer language(s) may be utilized using the Java Native Interface (JNI) mechanism. 5. Other items not addressed herein remain unchanged.
