- RECOVERY- S8400353 J THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. The Fort Myer Military Community, Department of Public Works, Fort Myer, Virginia has a requirement to install 3 new chill water pump/heating & condensate pumps with new start switch, re-insulate all pipes and replace 15 existing fan coil units with a compatible cabinet style fan coil unit in Bldg P-73/ 480, Fort Myer, VA. This requirement is being set aside as 100% Small Business. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is J045 and the NAICS Code is 238220. The solicitation is available on-line or by contacting Ms Pamela R.Beharrie at 703-696-7104 or via email at pamela.r.beharrie@us.army.mil. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 18 February 2010 at 10:00am EST. If you do not show for the site visit, you cannot be considered for award. Please allow enough time to be searched at the gate. All interested parties will meet at Bldg 205, Suite 213A, Ft Myer, to sign in and proceed to the site visit from there. All offerors must be Central Contracting Registered (CCR) to participate in this requirement. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with solicitation instruction to be considered for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however; only services meeting the Armys requirements will be considered for award.
