- Recovery Act Project Project Description: The work shall consist of removal of an existing corrugated metal pipe and replacing as a culvert reconstruction project on FR 54-0.2 with a new aluminum plate arch on concrete footings in accordance with all specifications, drawings, terms and conditions. Project Location: Forest Road 54 (Natural Turnpike) approximately 0.2 miles north of its intersection with Forest Road 59 (Steam Mill Road), Green Mountain Finger Lakes National Forest, Ripton, Addison County, Vermont Estimated Price Range: $100,000 - $250,000 All solicitation documents will be uploaded to this site on or about Friday, February 5, 2010. This will include specifications, drawings, maps, contract clauses, etc.
