- J and A The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to Parasoft Corporation, 101 East Huntington Drive, Second Floor, Monrovia, CA 91016, USA. DISA intends to award, an other than full and open competition, one year effort for the procurement of the following: One year Software Update License and Support. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), services may be deemed to be available from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services and substancial duplication of cost to the government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. No substitution of these services can be accepted. This is a commercial service that will be acquired under FAR Part 12 procedures. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Administrative Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334611. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
