- NEW MANDATORY SITE VISIT DATE The rescheduled date for the mandatory site visit is Wednesday, January 27, 2010 @ 9:00 AM, est. To participate, eligible firms must be registered as a Small Business in CCR within the NAICS code referenced herein. Firms interested in attending site visit must: 1) submit proof of CCR Registration, i.e. Dunn & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), 2) complete the required forms (non-disclosure agreement and contractor access form. Even if you previously submitted these forms they must be resubmitted again. All forms should be submitted via email or fax to the procurement division (PRO), Attn: Danielle Donaldson and Cheryl Bernhard. Submissions can be emailed to Danielle.Donaldson@usss.dhs.gov with a cc: to Cheryl Bernhard at email Cheryl.Bernhard@usss.dhs.gov no later than Friday, January 22, 2010 at 11:00 am (EST). All offerors shall view the attached solicitation for instructions on submitting a proposal. The deadline for receipt of the proposals will be set after the site visit is held.
