RECOVERY (ARRA) Award Notice - Work Order #67 - Modification #4 Design full scope, perimeter furniture/wall survey, record documents Robert A. Young Federal Building 1222 Spruce St. Louis MO 63101-2818 RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed procurement is being made under the A-E IDIQ Contract for the primary geographical area of the greater St. Louis Metro Area including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri, and the state of Missouri east of Columbia, Missouri. ***ONLY the contractor listed was permitted to submit proposals for this contract: TeamFour Architects., 14 North Newstead Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63108 *** The Federal Supply Code is C211. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541310 (Architectural Services) and the size standard is $4.5 Million. The award amount is $965,870.00. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, funding has been released to improve energy efficiency in existing federal buildings. The work to be delivered under this work order includes, but is not limited to: design services for the full envelope scope at the Robert A. Young Federal Building. The work order also includes a perimeter furniture survey, a wall survey and to develop record documents. The A/E will include design for replacement windows so that they appear to closely resemble original windows as possible. As this project is classified a Building Modernization project, it is required to achieve LEED Silver certification which is a driving force in many of the design services.
