Quantity- 410Antistatic Chair Mats Size: 45" x 53" rectangular with no lipUse: standard to low pile carpetingBeveled edge- all sides; cleated back grips for carpet; clear in color Delivery/Installation procedures:Truck must be scanned morning of delivery for DOC- Security procedures.Deliver, unbox, install chair mats at workstation locations, remove all trash from delivery/installation. Loading dock height restriction 10' 6" Delivery will be made to:Department of Commerce1401 Constitution Ave., NWWashington, DC 20230 Delivery preference will be 10 days from date of award, but we will also accept bids on alternate shipping dates.
