- The proposed procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set Aside; NAICS 721110 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $7,000,000. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to award two contracts to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offerors with this solicitation for Short Term Lodging Services within a 10 mile driving distance of 5250 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22304. Check in date is 16 February 2010 and check out date is 22 March 2010. Number of sleeping units required per contract is a total of 49. The breakout is as follows: 26 One Bedroom sleeping units with a minimum of two full size beds or larger; 11- one bedroom or studio with a minimum of one full size bed or larger; 12-two bedroom sleeping units with a minimum of three full size beds or larger. Kitchen Facilities: refrigerator, stove/range top, microwave, cooking & eating utensils, coffeemaker, pitcher, toaster, can opener, glass drinking ware & dining ware (service for 4). Furnishings: Sofa and chair or loveseat, telephone, color television, coffee/end tables with lamp, dresser, mirror, clock radio w/alarm, clothes closet. Linens: Dish Cloth and Dish Towel (minimum 1 each), Sheets (1 set per bed), Blanket (1 each per bed), Bedspread (1each per bed), Bath Towels (2 per occupant), Face Cloth (2 per occupant), Hand Towel (2 per occupant), Shower Curtain/Liner (1 each), and Bathroom Mat (1 each). Amenities: Iron/Ironing Board and On-site Laundry Facilities to include washer and dryer. All questions shall be submitted via email to: christina.sale@usace.army.mil.
