- Project Title:Uniform Data System (UDS) for the Title V Urban Indian Health Programs Introduction: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of potential businesses that can provide the following. Small businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice, (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business.) The purpose is to collect calendar year 2009 UDS data from reporting Urban Indian Health Programs (UIHPs). This includes: collecting, managing, editing, and disseminating Uniform Data System (UDS) data. In addition, this allows for analytic support to the Office of Urban Indian Health Programs (OUIHP) and collaboration with other various Agency contractors, as needed, on UDS analysis. The OUIHP UDS is an annual report requirement for the UIHPs that receive Indian Health Service (IHS), Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Title V grant funding. The OUIHP UDS report format consists of 9 tables and collects data from the UIHPs, showing American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) and non-Indian users within the tables where appropriate. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, a Solicitation, a Request for Quotes, or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this announcement. This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this announcement.
