- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis to DHI Water and Environment, Inc. 319 SW Washington St. STE 614, Portland, OR 97204-2619. This action shall be undertaken in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procurement action is to provide support services for the following proprietary software: 10MIKE SHE - 11 Enterprise Licenses (Sub) 2MIKE ANIMATOR License (Sub) 1MIKE FLOOD, 2D Overland flow, FM UL (Sub) 1MARINE PP License (Sub) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $ 25 million. The sole source determination is based upon the experience, skills, and expertise possessed by DHI Water and Environment, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 4:00 p.m. EST on 26 Feb 2010.
