This opportunity is available only to contractors under the VISN 23 A/E Contracts (V618P/BOA-4161a Fourfront Design; V618P/BOA-4162a; Bloom Engineers & Associates; V618P/BOA-4164a Dunham Associates, Inc.; V618P/BOA-4166a Rani Engineering; and V618P/BOA-4168a Wolfgram/Knutson Architects Ltd.). The Government anticipates entering into negotiations for a Task Order, with Leo A. Daly, 730 Second Avenue S., Suite 1100, Minneapolis, MN 55402 for the architect-engineering services for this project. Project Description: Prepare a National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA) Section 106 assessment including a "Protection of Historic Properties" (36 CFR Part 800) assessment for Buildings 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.
