- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR SERVICE MAINTENANCE ON PROPRIETARY AGILENT EQUIPMENT. The U.S. Mission & Installation Contracting Command (formerly Army Contracting Agency), Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Agilent Technologies, Inc., 2850 Centerville Road, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610. The contractor shall provide service maintenance on various Agilent equipment, such as IGCMS-63332 AND IGCMS-63993. This is a GSA contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219, and the size standard is $7.0M. This notice ends at 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, January 23rd, 2010.
