- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This award will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division awarded a sole source logical follow-on Task Order to Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. for technical consulting services for the Health Information Technology Certification Program. This task order is subject to the terms and conditions of Booz Allen Hamilton's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS), Contract No. GS23F9755H. A fixed price contract award cannot be made at this time; because, the cost associated with performing the effort and the full parameters required to support NIST are not defined. Therefore, A labor-hour type contract was chosen as the best fit for this requirement.
