- The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to RFP W25G1V-10-R-0015 is to answer offeror questions received and provide a layout drawing for the conveyor system. The response date of the solicitation remains the same, 28 JANUARY 2010 @ 4:00 PM local. 1. Reference combined Synopsis/Solicitation W25G1V-10-R-0015, ADD: Attachment (3), Conveyor design layout drawing, provided as Attachment (1) to this Amendment 0001. Offeror question received with the Governments response: Q1. Are there drawings? A1. See Attachment (3) to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation W25G1V-10-R-0015 added per paragraph 1 above. A conveyor design layout drawing is provided as Attachment (1) to this Amendment 0001. 2. Additional offeror questions received with the Governments response: Q2. Do you have a preferred manufacturer? A2. There is no preferred manufacturer for the conveyor system. Q3. Has this area been formally laid out and engineered for maximum efficiency and flow, or is the bidder expected to do that? A3. The area has already been designed. Bidder will need to verify that their equipment will fit the area designated. 3. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the solicitation remain the same.
