- Justifcation and Approval The associated NAICS code is 334510. The line item descriptions are as follows: Line Items 0001 - AVEA Standard Neonatal Ventilators (Qty-2 Ea) Non-refurbished. AVEA brand name only. End Item Description. The required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of an order and shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to Elmendorf AFB, AK.
