- Synopsis: Recovery - This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government post this notice that award was made under Contract DE-AC-5206NA25946 in the amount of $115,270.32 to Innovative Waste Solutions. This contract action was accomplished through competition and Set Aside for Small Business. Summary of Project Scope: General Support, the following activities to be completed to support a variety of Environmental Management projects including the Soils Project, Industrial Sites Project, DTRA, and broad areas within Waste Management. Develop documents, presentations and whitepapers as required. Review, analyze, validate and present technical data and findings. Provide regulatory compliance support and input to include written position papers in the areas of environmental compliance (CWA, CAA, etc), 835 compliance, 830 compliance, and RCRA.
