- This Amendment is to revise the information regarding the type of contract that will be awarded from this solicitation and to provide advance information for the drawings and specifications. NIH anticipates awarding a five year Construction Manager at Risk Contract to perform Phase A with a five year Option to perform Phase B. It is anticipated that the Phase B Option will be exercised shortly after the Phase A base award. DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS Louviere Stratton and Yokel (LSY) Drawings, Phase A, Volume 1-3; Phase B, Volume 1-3; and Specifications Volume 1-2 noted as "for bid" will be incorporated into the solicitation and shall become part of the contract. These drawings are available from ABC Printers as noted below.
