- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement to provide management support services for the MAGTF Data Library (MDL), which supports the MAGTF Logistics Automated Information Systems (LOGAIS) and other Force Deployment Planning and Execution (FDP&E) systems, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Services shall include Technical Engineering Support of the Joint Force Requirements Generator (JFRG) II MDL enhancements along with an optional task for follow-on database maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within 5 business days of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
