- The HIV/AIDS Technical Advisor, under the technical leadership of the Senior Advisor and Team Leader for HIV/AIDS, will provide technical direction to the USG interagency team in all facets of USAID’s HIV/AIDS activities under the RDMA OPH portfolio in implementing the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
