- This notice is issued by the NASA/ARC to post a Request for Information (RFI) viathe internet, and solicit responses from interested parties. The RFI technical documentation is an attachment to this notice.This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry theopportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well aspromote competition. Prospective offerors are invited to submit written comments orquestions to: Patricia.L.Williams@nasa.gov, no later than March 2, 2010. When responding reference please reference "NNA10MARSMISSION" Questions in the subjectheading. Comments may be forwarded to Patricia.L.Williams@nasa.gov via electronic transmission.This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government,nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.Respondents willnot be notified of the results.Responses to this RFI are due by 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Friday, April 2,2010.The preferred method of response is by e-mail to the contract specialist: Patricia.L.Williams@nasa.gov. Please send response with "NNA10MARSMISSION" in thesubject heading. Documents must be in MS Office or Adobe (pdf) file format.
