<h5 style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"> RECOVERY - PROJECT -10534, 2009-2011 TRANSITIONAL AND MAINTENANCE DREDGING PORT OF ANCHORAGE, ALASKA </h5> THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to issue a modification against Contract Number W911KB-09-C-0022 ( 2009-2011 TRANSITIONAL AND MAINTENANCE DREDGING PORT OF ANCHORAGE, ALASKA) with Manson Construction Company (DUNS: 007942824) for an additional 278,000 cy of virgin material to be dredged in the North Extension Dredge Area.. The task order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Manson Construction Company. under Contract Number W911KB-09-C-0022, which was previously competed and awarded in FY09. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
