Description: RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TO ESTABLISH IN-GROUND CREMAINS BURIAL SECTIONS 16-19 AT DALLAS/FORT WORHT N NATIONAL CEMETERY LOCATED IN DALLAS COUNTY IN DALLAS, TEXAS. This project is funded form the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting bids under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-RA-0031 for the following: Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to establish in-ground cremains burial sections. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. CONTRACT DURATION: The performance period is approximately 30 calendar days from date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS: 237990SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT UNDER SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVOSB) SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Award will be made on a competitive basis under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 14 to a responsible SDVOSB responding to this solicitation. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) details and specifications may be accessed ONLY via FedBizzOpps at http://www.fedbizzops.gov.
