Description

The dates included in this announcement are approximate and may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. Actual dates will be established at the time the Request For Quotation is made available. The principle components of the work include the following: 1) Remove approximately 3600 linear feet of existing fence; 2) furnish and install approximately 9200 linear feet of 4 wire, barbed wire boundary fence; 3) furnish and install 68 fence brace panels; and 4) furnish and install 15 fence ground connections. The work is located at Box Butte Reservoir, approximately 35 miles Northwest of Alliance, Nebraska in Dawes County. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available for viewing at www.FBO.gov on or after February 17, 2010. Quotes are tentatively due before Close of Business (COB) March 10, 2010 in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings MT 59101. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 238990. The Small Business Size Standard is $14 million. This acquisition is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Contractors interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must have an active registration. Contractors may register at http://www.ccr.gov. All representations and certifications which used to appear in Section K of Bureau of Reclamation Solicitations are now online. To complete your Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), contractors shall go to http://orca.bpn.gov.
