- Description
- The purpose of this Award Notice modification is to provide a breakout of the award amount and funds utilized, in support of ARRA reporting requirements. The total amount awarded, as previously reported, is $27,301,406.88, which includes a basic requirement and 3 option items: The basic requirement, for general building renovation, was awarded when the task order was issued for the FFP of $21,915,801.90 using Recovery Act (ARRA) funds; the first option exercised, for Comm Wiring and Cabling, was awarded via task order modification at a later date for the FFP of $1,325,073.81 using non-ARRA funds; the second option exercised, for furniture items, was awarded subsequently via task order modification for the FFP of $3,564,895.32 using non-ARRA funds; and, the final option item, for various minor construction work, has not been issued as of 4 Feb 10 and has a FFP of $495,635.85. In summary: - Basic Requirement: $21,915,801.90 ARRA Funded - First Option: $1,325,073.81 Non-ARRA Funded - Second Option: $3,564,895.32 Non-ARRA Funded - Third Option: $495,635.85 Not Funded--Option not Exercised Total Task Order Value: $27,301,406.88
