- The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico has negotiated a sole source contract with Isensix INC. 8555 Aero Drive, Suite 310, San Diego, CA 92123-1746 for the purchase of Maintenance and Repair service on Isensix Temperature Sensors. The contract will be for a Firm Fixed-Price, base plus four (4) option years. Isensix owns the patents and has proprietary ownership over manufacturing of the temperature sensors.The government solicited and awarded a contract for this requirement to only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253 (1). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No Solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services. If no responses are received, the NMVAHCS will proceed with this notice may be requested from Contracting Specialist Francis L.
