- The VA Puget Sound Health Care System Seattle, Washington Division has a requirement for collection and removal of trash, recycle and yard waste. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation needed to perform the services required. All services shall be priced as an all inclusive cost to the Government. The Period of Performance is the base year plus four option years. The NAICS is 562111 with a size standard of $7.0 Million.
