- Acquisition Services Directorate is issuing a Request for Quote on behalf of the Department of Interior, Financial and Business Management System (FBMS), Project Management Office (PMO) who has a requirement for a SAP MaxSecure Support Services that will support existing SAP environment during the application life cycle, focus on technical risk mitigation and implementation of operations during the implementation phase, focus on stabilization and optimization of operations during the run phase, address business needs in conjunction with IT environment, and provide expert on-site and remote services to identify and proactively address top issues in implementation, upgrade and operations. The period of performance is expected to be March 14, 2010 to March 13, 2011 with 3 additional option years. FOB shall be DESTINATION, Herndon, VA 20170. ***This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR SubPart 13.5, Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. The anticipated resultant award is expected to be a labor hour contract. ***The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $25 million. ***The competitive Request for Quote (RFQ), specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov under RFQ number N10PS18152. ***The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about February 17, 2010, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to svetlana.blumenkrantz@aqd.nbc.gov. Ensure the RFQ number and project title are referenced on all correspondence. This acquisition is being conducted subject to the availability of funds.
