The Federal Aviation Administration, Eastern Logistics Service Area anticipates awarding the contract for an initial base period of 1 (one) year with 4 (one-year) options. Issue date for solicitation: February 4, 2010.Due date for offers: March 5, 2010.Start date for performance: April 1, 2010. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses within a 150 mile radius of McGhee Tyson Airport, Louisville, TN The NAICS code for the acquisition is 561720, Janitorial Services. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
