- File contains Justificaiton and Approval for Sole Source and the PWS. Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division (AFDW/A7KM), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the Marriot Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center to provide audio-visual equipment/support and catering for light refreshments for the AF Medical Information Systems Symposium (MISS) at the Marriot Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center in Atlanta, Ga. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, submit a capabilities statement and past performance information i.e., previous contracts and government POCs referencing F1ATD40029A001, to Mr. Matthew P. Walton, Contract Specialist, matthew.walton.ctr@afncr.af.mil. If documents are sent via email, the contractor will be responsible for validating government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist at 301-681-6434. Documents submitted shall not be returned. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be honored.
