- SOURCES SOUGHT 2/4/2010 The government is seeking sources that can provide forty four (44) mid-size sedans, twenty five (25) buses, eleven (11) mini vans, and two (2) trucks; a total of eighty two (82) vehicles; for Arctic Thunder Air Show 2010. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notification or otherwise pay for any information or inquiry. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. Firms submitting responses should indicate whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), women-owned, Hub-zone, or HBCU/MI. If HCU/MI or 8(a) certified business respond to this announcement the acquisition might be 100% set-aside. The projected Standard Industrial Classification/NAICS is 7514/532111 size standard is $25.5 million. Firms should indicate what Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) or NAICS code the firm utilizes for this type of requirement. The units need to be in place at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; Approximately 30 July 2010 through 2 August 2010. Offerors capable of providing all of the described services are invited to submit a statement of capabilities to 3 CONS/LGCB, 10480 22nd Street, Elmendorf AFB, AK 99506 at 1400HRS Alaska Time, 11 FEBRUARY, 2010.
