- Sole Source Justification Clauses and Provisions Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ-NAS-0136-10 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38 This RFQ is issued as a Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System code 531210. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) intends to make a sole source award to Prudential Relocation, Inc., for a home sale program utilizing appraised and amended value sales and marketing assistance for BOP staff assigned to the Federal Prison located in Puerto Rico. The performance period will be from date of award through September 30, 2010. The home sale program as managed by the relocation management company will be performed in accordance with the attached statement of work. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be distributed solely through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through the website. Faith-based and community-based organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The due date for quotes is Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is included as an attachment to the combined synopsis/solicitation. The statement of work, provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition are included as an attachment to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
