- 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for Janitorial Services at the U.S. Coast Guard Group Humboldt Bay, McKinleyville, CA. The Base Year Contract will begin 1 April 2010 thru 30 September 2010; with 2 Option Years. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. This solicitation is considered Services and Small Business Concerns will be considered first. a) Please note that the Proposal Due Date is 4 March 2010 by 4:30 PM local time. You may submit your quote via fax (510) 437-2793 Attn: SK3 Jonathan Hedges or via e-mail at Jonathan.A.Hedges@uscg.mil. b) If you have any questions, pertaining to the Performance Work Statement, they should be submitted in writing to Commanding Officer, USCG BSU Alameda, Coast Guard Island, Bldg 42, Alameda, CA 94501, Attn: SK3 Jonathan Hedges or via e-mail at Jonathan.A.Hedges@uscg.mil. Questions should be received no later than 26 February 2010. 3. Your proposal must be submitted on the attached Standard Form 1449 in order for your proposal to be considered responsive. Be sure to complete Block 17 and sign and date Blocks 30 a, b, and c. Price shall be quoted on the attached Exhibit 1 - Schedule of Supplies/Services. 4.
