- Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, intends to solicit quotations for delivery of (2) water recycle pumps with the following characteristics1-1/2 X 1-1/2 X 10, 1-1/2 HP, 1200 RPM, 3PH-460V, NEMA 13, Sil-Carb/Sil-Carb/Viton seal w/flush option, Premium efficient, 182 JPC (frame), and wash down duty, similar or equal to Vertiflo pump model 1600. Prospective offerors shall provide all items FOB Destination, Bureau of Reclamation, 749 HWY 91 N., Leadville CO 80461. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around February 5, 2010. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for February 22, 2010. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 33391. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R10PS60170 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites after February 5, 2010. Hard copies will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for contract award. Registrations can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registrations. All responsible sources who submit a timely quote will be considered for this acquisition. Quotes may be submitted electronically or faxed to (406) 247-7798. One or more items under this acquisition are subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
