- RFQ and Statement of Wrok for SES Summit VII 2010 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the Subparts 12.6 and 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested; a written solicitation shall not be issued. Funds are available for this contract. NOAA, Office of the Deputy Under Secretary (ODUC) is holding its seventh annual conference for senior executives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, called the Senior Executive Service Summit, SES Summit. NOAA/ ODUC seek a conference facility and related services for the NOAA SES Summit VII being held - Preferred Date: June 2 - 4, 2010 (advance set up date of June 1, 2010). {Optional Alternate Date: May 12 - 14, 2010 (advance set up date May 11, 2010)}.
