- Specifications for the ACS Rack, Floor Plate, DAGR Mounts, Display Mounts and Wire Protector. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-10-Q-0013 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for ACS Metal Fabrication at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 331312 with the corresponding small business size standard of 1000 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All offers are to remain valid until 01 Mar 2010. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government; delivery may be an evaluation factor. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. All Items are listed as "or equal." Items required: Adaptable Communication Suite (ACS) Rack, Steel and Aluminum (Full Fleet) or equal; Floor Plate, DAGR Mounts, Display Mounts, Wire Protector (Full Fleet) or equal.
