- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport has a requirement for mobile carts. N00253-10-T-0080 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be firm-fixed price and will include a base quantity of 30 each and one (1) optional quantity of 82 each mobile carts. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The government requires FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610 by 06 April 2010. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. The closing date of the solicitation is 16 February 2010 by 4:00 P.M. PST. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than three (3) days before the solicitation closing date. Questions received within three (3) days of the solicitation closing date will not be entertained. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to: Jamie.Myers@navy.mil. No paper copies will be accepted. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
