- Description
- This award was a result of a competitive Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MTOC) action. The four (4) MATOC contractors all completed for this award. This is a FIXED PRICE task order. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary for renovation of Lazado Fitness Facility which includes renovating/repairing womens and mens restroom locker room and showers; install access cover for the clean-out port in the bathroom wall and seal/caulk; re-hang lavatories and re-caulk; install new electric hand dryer near lavatories; repair cracks in the wall & repaint; replace water closet partitions; replace damaged/patched wall tile and grout; upgrade emergency lighting fixtures; demolish existing shower stall foods and walls; clean out all shower floor drains and lines; install new shower floors and walls; install overhead light fixtures in all shower stalls; install new shower heads, shower faucets, associated trim pieces, soap dishes, towel racks in lavatory areas; clean locker room and shower area ceilings & repaint; renovate/repair the co-ed sauna shower room to include repair time work around the access hole in the ceiling and repaint; replace rusted door frames; renovate weight training and exercise areas to include repairing walls and time; upgrade emergency lighting fixtures; replace ceiling fans; remove loose rubber mat flooring and install new, and replace damaged ceiling tiles & clean existing.
