- PRE-BID MEETING CANCELLATION *RECOVERY* The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Firm Fixed price Contract for the following project: Thunderhole Road Maintenance Located on the Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina, this project includes, but is not limited to the following work items: road reconditioning; roadway excavation; aggreagte surfacing; repair of failed slopes; erosion and sediment control and temporary traffic control.
