- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO COMPLETE BUILDING CORPORATION, 1525 ASHLEY RIVER ROAD, CHARLESTON, SC, 29407, UNDER CONTRACT WC1330-05-CQ-1075, AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULITIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) FOR DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, AS A MODIFICATION TO AN ORDER ALREADY ISSUED UNDER THE CONTRACT. The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) posts this notice of intent to issue a firm-fixed price modification to task order (T.O.) T0014 against Contract Number W1330-05-CQ-1075 with Complete Building Corporation (CBC) of Charleston, SC, for repairs of existing ductwork for the HVAC work, asbestos abatement and related building renovations at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL) in Princeton, NJ.
