- Description
- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotes (RFQ) R10PS34070 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic proposals. The RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisitions, the award shall be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection and the size standard is $12.5 Million The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a requirement for Garbage and Refuse Disposal Service. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, Statement of Work, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Proposals are due February 18, 2010, by 3:00 p.m. local time and shall be submitted electronically to asander@usbr.gov. Questions may be submitted to Anna Sander, asander@usbr.gov or by fax (928) 343-8568. Offerors will be required to complete the annual representation and certification electronically via the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bnp.gov. Vendors are reminded that they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. DUN and Bradstreet number and banking information is required.
