Description

Refuse Removal Services, Lake Mead national Recreation Area, Boulder City, NV S -- 562111 SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION - IAW FAR 6.305, THE JUSTIFICATION IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION UPON REQUEST OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. This is a sole source solicitation prepared in accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.303-2. The RFP number is N8373100001, The solicitation document and the incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect thru FAC 2005-38. The Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide refuse removal service to the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, the Hoover Dam Complex and the Bureau of Reclamation offices. The term of the contract will be for one (1) year. The NAICS is 562111 and the size standard is $12.5 million. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program applies. This will be a negotiated firm fixed price acquisition. Proposals will be evaluated on price and price related factors only. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the websites, www.fbo.gov or www.ideasec.nbc.gov for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation documents, the Contractor's shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number.
