- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0314 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, Defense Circular Number 20100120, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 334519. Purchase the following equipment: 0001 -P/N: MS28741-40D-1080, -40 BY 108" LONG HOSE; 4 each 0002- P/N: MS28741-32D-0120, -32 BY 12" LONG HOSE; 2 each 0003- 40 to -32 Flared Tube Reducing Union; 6 each 0004- 40 to -20Flared Tube Reducing Union; 6 each Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1P23B - 355 CMS/CSR DMAFB Tucson, AZ. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance.
