- SCGC Resolute SOW P45T74 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333618. The small business size standard is 12.0 Million. This procurement is full and open competition. The purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price service purchase order. The USCG intends to procure ALCO Main Diesel Engine (Serial 8751) parts for USCGC RESOLUTE per the Statement of work Provide MDE Parts Kit 2500-16 which is posted as a separate attachment. 2420021-2 Contractor to also provide freight cost to USCGC Resolute, 600 8th Avenue SE, St Petersburg, Florida. Parts are required no later than 12 February 2010. All questions concerning this request for quotation shall be directed to Beverly Garner at 757-628-4663. To receive an award the company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/default.asp. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, no later than 9February 2010, 12:00p.m. EST to U.S. Coast Guard, SFLC Norfolk, CPD C&P1 MEC, 300 E. Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23510-9102, ATTN: Beverly Garner, or e-mail at beverly.a.garner@uscg.mil Facsimile copies will be accepted at (757) 628-4676. Offers may be submitted on company letterhead stationery indicating the nomenclature; part number; and extended price; FOB point; delivery, payment terms and any discount offered for prompt payment, the business size standard and any minority classification; delivery date; and applicable warranty. This will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this request for quotation and are incorporated by reference.
