- NOTE: Electronic mail responses for this announcement will NOT be accepted. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to award a sole source purchase order for space planning and design services. The work will be done at its Regional Finance Center (RFC) in Kansas City. Taskings involve providing construction documents and specifications, executing application(s) and secure building permit approvals necessary for performing the work, and administering the construction. Cost range for the effort is estimated at between $30,000 and $40,000. The facility is located in building(s) leased by GSA. As such, the building owner / representative has the right of first refusal for completion of all work in their facility. Therefore, the procurement is being solicited on a sole source basis with the building representative, REIT Management. This is not a request for quote and there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be solely for the purpose of notifying the building owner/representative of prospective interest. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, quotations, or offers in any way. All responses must be addressed in writing to the attention of: Mark Jefferson, Contract Specialist, Department of the Treasury – FMS, 401 14th Street, SW, Room 457E, Washington, DC 20227.
