RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES FOR HVAC AND PLUMBING UPGRADES TO THE GSA REGION 10 ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 400 15TH STREET SW, AUBURN, WA. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS. This is not a request for quotations. The Project and Acquisition Solutions Branch, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain design/build services for subject Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be awarded to the contract holder of subject IDIQ per terms and conditions of IDIQ contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Z111.
