Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACTO OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. This requirement is available only to current Contractors under MOBIS GSA Federal Supply Schedule 874-7, Project Management. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541690; the small business size standard is $7 million. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will be acquiring Contractor Support services in connection with Health Information Technology (HIT) Project Management, Outreach Methods and Material and Program and Project Support. In accordance with FAR 16.602, a labor hour type contract has been determined as the most suitable vehicle for this requirement due to the uncertainties involved with contract performance, and the fact that it is not possible to accurately estimate the extent of Contractor effort to complete all of the assigned tasks under the contract.
